League Rules 2026 - 2027
1. Younger division will play (2)15 minute halves. The clock will run unless a time out is called or game time is under 2 minutes (per half)
2. Older division will play (2)20 minute halves. The clock will run unless a time out is called or a game time is under 2 minutes (per half)
3. Each team’s coach will be granted 2 time outs per half. If a time out is called once time outs have been used a technical foul will be issued. (Time outs do not roll over)
4. Rim will be lowered for younger division to 9.5ft. Older will play on 10ft.
5. No team may “press” with a 20 point lead.
6. Half time will be 2 minutes long.
7. A player cannot foul out. However, it will be the coaches discretion to sit the player.
8. The bonus free throw will be awarded starting with the 7th foul of a half and will be a double bonus (2 shots)
9. Overtime, 1 minute. Normal clock stoppage rules will be in effect. If team score is still a tie, 1 more minute will be permitted. If still a tie, sudden death to determine winner.
10. We have a zero tolerance policy towards verbal abuse of officials. Any player, coach or spectator ejected from a league game will be suspended for one game. Anyone ejected for a second time will be disqualified for the rest of league play. If an ejected individual does not immediately leave the building, the game will be forfeited. Anyone who confronts an official after a game concludes will be permanently banned.
11. In the event a coach is short on players a coach may use a substitute player. This must be approved by the league owner. Subs may not exceed 20 minutes of play time unless there are only 5 players available.
12. If necessary, we will go to four on four basketball.
13. No refunds will be given after the season starts without injuries proven by doctors note. Any return monies will be paid one week after the end of the season.
